What is Upside Vision's message?

A: Our message is to focus on the positives in life, never focus on the downsides in life but more on the Upside. 

 

I haven't received tracking information, has my order shipped?

A: If you have not received tracking information then your order has not been shipped yet, you will receive a tracking number when your order ships however the tracking status may take some time to update but you will get your order soon.

 

I missed out on a release and now the item is sold out in my size, will you restock inventory soon?

A: In most cases there will not be any restocks but some old designs may reappear with a slight different appearance and/or feel

Do you ship outside the United States of America?

A: At this time we can only ship within the United States, do not place an order if you reside outside the U.S.A

 

 Do you offer returns or exchanges?

A: At this time we do not offer exchanges due to each release being limited and a certain size & style may not be available for an exchange.
